Our property management service will give you some peace of mind when while you are not in Bulgaria. We will visit your home every two weeks.
We will
• make an inventory together
• check that your home is generally in good order
• identify any problems and report back
• organise any repairs or remedial work necessary
• test alarm systems if installed
• check pipework for leaks
• check for rodent and insect infestation
• air your rooms

• garden maintenance
• pool cleaning
We can also make your property work for you by renting it on your behalf providing you with an income.
As your rental agent we will be clean in preparation for the guests arriving, arrange airport transfers, register them with the police upon arrival, arrange car hire if necessary and launder all bedding and towels.
Our Fee
800 Leva per year for property management
Short term rentals 15% of the rental income
Long term rental (over 1 month) 10% of the rental income
