Long term or short term renting your property is a good way for your investment to generate some additional income for you.

When renting long terentingrm we:

  • sign (on your behalf) a standard rental contract that gives security on both sides
  • collect the rent monthly
  • ensure the bills are paid up to date
  • hold a damage deposit
  • communicate with tenants on regular basis to ensure the property is in good order
  • inspect and asses for intentional damage at the end of the tenancy

For short term holiday booking we:

  • 'meet and greet' and organise transport when necessary
  • take payment for booking if required
  • hold damage deposit
  • organise welcome packs
  • offer day trips
  • inspect at the end of the booking
  • are available for support and assistance
